Last updated: May 14, 2026. This Privacy Policy describes how Newtonian AI™ ("we," "us," or "Newtonian AI"), operated by Deidra E. Newton, collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website at newtonianai.polsia.app and related services.
Key point: We collect only what we need to operate the platform and improve your experience. Raw IP addresses are discarded after geographic resolution. We do not sell your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide to Us
- Lead form data: When you sign up for a free Relativity Score™ report or join our early access list, we collect your name, email address, and ZIP code of interest. Your IP address is anonymized before storage (see Section 3).
- Subscription information: If you purchase a paid plan, we collect your name, email address, and billing information processed by Stripe (we do not store payment card details).
- Property evaluation queries: When you use the Property Evaluator, we may log the address you entered and the results generated.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Pages you visit, features you use, timestamp of access, referring URL.
- Device and browser information: Device type (desktop/mobile/tablet), browser name and version, operating system, approximate geographic location (city/region/country from IP geolocation).
- Analytics identifiers: A visitor ID stored in your browser’s localStorage and a session ID for the current browsing session.
Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your full IP address. It is hashed for internal analytics and discarded after geographic resolution.
- We do not collect Social Security Numbers, driver’s license numbers, or other government identifiers.
- We do not collect precise GPS location data.
2. How We Collect Your Information
We collect information through the following methods:
- Direct input: When you fill out a form, subscribe to a plan, or contact us via email.
- Automated tracking: When you browse our website, we automatically log your page views, device characteristics, and approximate geographic location via IP geolocation (ip-api.com). Raw IP addresses are not stored.
- Polsia Analytics: We use Polsia’s analytics infrastructure to collect page view and usage data. This includes a beacon pixel that may set a browser cookie.
- Stripe: Payment information is processed by Stripe. We receive only your email and subscription status from Stripe — never your payment card details.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To deliver the services you request, including free Relativity Score™ reports and subscription features.
- To send you relevant communications about your account, subscription, or our services. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.
- To understand how users interact with our platform and improve the user experience.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces significant effects on you.
