A third-generation Floridian and lifetime resident of Palm Beach County, Deidra E. Newton brings over 30 years of real estate experience to Newtonian AI™. She holds a BBA in Marketing and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.

Deidra built Newtonian AI™ to bring a physics-based analytical framework to the real estate market — applying Newton's laws of motion to reveal the hidden forces driving property values, momentum, and trend reversals across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties.

Deidra is a first cousin, eight generations removed, of Sir Isaac Newton. Their common ancestor, Sir Robert Isaac Newton (1575–1641) of Lincolnshire, England, established the family line. Through his uncle Thomas Newton's branch — Paul Newton, then Peter Newton — the lineage carried to the American South and ultimately to Deidra in Palm Beach County. The same family that gave the world the laws of motion now applies them to your real estate market.

A Beaches MLS member and dedicated community leader, Deidra has served on the Florida Financial Literacy Council, as Palm Beach County Soil and Water Conservation District One Supervisor, and as a member of the West Palm Beach Water Catchment Advisory Board.
